4-6 Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 package (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 Can of Olives
1 Good Season’s Italian Dressing Seasoning Packet
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Layer frozen chicken, red bell pepper, olives, seasoning, and cream of chicken soup in slow cooker.
Cook on High for 4 to 6 hours stirring occasionally. Meal is done when chicken is tender and breaks down easily. Serve over rice or pasta. You can also substitute soup listed with either cream of mushroom or celery.
